Everything is by name, cards/or subscription non-transferable. Treatment lasts a maximum of 50 minutes and there is a 10-minute charge to change clothes. Total maximum 60 minutes use of room per treatment.
The Treatment
What happens during one treatment?
During the treatment, your abdomen, buttocks or any other treatment area is intensively stimulated using electromagnetic energy and radio frequency. This causes your muscles to contract with an intensity not achievable during regular exercise. At the same time, fat in the subcutaneous tissue is targeted, leading to fat burning.

Is an EMS Sculpt treatment suitable for me?
This treatment is suitable for men and women aged 18 and over.
How many EMS Sculpt treatments are required?
Our recommendation is 4-6 treatments per problem area. Treatments should take place at least once a week with a duration of about 20-30 minutes.
Is an EMS Sculpt treatment safe?
The equipment is certified in accordance with CE requirements. Over 100,000 treatments have already been performed worldwide. It is a proven, very safe and effective non-operative method for muscle building; skin firming and figure correction.
How long will the treatment take?
Each EMS treatment takes 30 minutes per treated area. It may take longer if more than one area is treated.
Is an EMS Sculpt treatment painful?
No! During the first five minutes of your treatment, you will feel pressure and heat in the treated area. This may be uncomfortable, but not painful. Shortly afterwards, the discomfort disappears.
What clothes do I wear during the treatment?
Neat underwear and a bra without underwire. Men should wear boxer shorts or sports shorts.
Can I use my phone during treatment?
You cannot hold your phone/laptop/ smartwatch during the treatment due to possible damage. Electrical devices may react to the frequency of the device.
Can I undergo the EMS Sculpt treatment after giving birth?
We recommend using treatment at least 3 months after your delivery.
Tips
Go to the toilet before treatment. This is because the device may put pressure on the bladder.
